Returns & Refunds

Every Like Totally Fab order is made specifically for you — which means we can't accept returns for change of mind, wrong size selection, or "I changed my vibe." We get it, it happens, but that's the nature of made-to-order.

What we DO cover:

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or just plain wrong — we've got you. Email us at hello@liketotallyfab.com within 30 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • At least two clear photos of the damage from different angles
  • A photo of the packaging if damage occurred during shipping

Valid claims receive a replacement at no charge. We'll handle everything.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days back to your original payment method. Banks can take additional time to post — if it's been more than 15 business days since approval, email us at hello@liketotallyfab.com.

Sale items & gift cards

No refunds on sale items or gift cards.
